Will Focus On ‘Chocolate’ Vdopia’s Newly-Launched Global Mobile Video Advertising Programmatic Buying and Selling Platform
Fremont, CA (December 18, 2014) Vdopia, the global leader in mobile video advertising, today announced that John Lambertus has joined the company as Vice President, Revenue Operations & Client Services, a newly-created position in Vdopia’s Fremont HQ. Mr. Lambertus, a former Mediabrands executive, will focus on the growth of Chocolate, Vdopia’s newly launched global programmatic buying and selling platform built exclusively for mobile video advertising. Chocolate was launched in the U.S. in October and is being rolled out around the world now.
Specifically, Mr. Lambertus will be responsible for client deliverables (reporting, trafficking, analytics, billing, optimization and account management) for the U.S. and EU Regions. He will work closely with sales/product/engineering on aligning client goals with product development and act as the guiding force for Vdopia’s move into the programmatic environment.

Mr. Lambertus joins Vdopia from Cadreon, the programmatic media division of the global ad agency IPG Mediabrands (SF), where he was VP, Business Planning & Analysis for a year developing business plans, financial models and operational guidelines for new product and business lines and providing guidance for international office launches. Before that, he was Mediabrands Audience Platform’s VP, Audience & Business Intelligence and earlier was their VP, C.O.R.E. (Campaign Optimization, Reporting and Engineering). Mr. Lambertus also served in senior level positions with Cadreon, Peer39 (acquired by DG MediaMind) and Rocket Fuel Inc, (at [x+1]). Before that, he spent time in the apparel, banking, publishing, packaged foods businesses.
