Saurabh Bhatia has over 10 years of Sales and Business Development experience. Prior to founding Chocolate, Saurabh held CEO/Executive positions in Maxcellence Peak Performance Solutions and SCORE Insurance Claims Management SW. Saurabh's undergraduate degree was from IIT Delhi.
Giuseppe Di Mauro
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Giuseppe comes to Chocolate from Pubmatic where he was VP of Technology, responsible for the architecture and technical stack, building the video and native platforms, interacting with industry groups and technology development in markets such as Japan. Before that, he was VP, Engineering at The Rubicon Project. Earlier in his career, Mr. Di Mauro worked in Ad Tech Companies like Fox Interactive Media and Strategic Data Corp as Director of Technology. He has graduated in Computer Science from University of Catania with a thesis in Temporal Databases.
Senior Director of Product
Lloyd has over 15 years of experience with mobile, e-commerce, digital, and backend platforms, and has held product management, product marketing, and user experience design roles. Prior to joining Chocolate, Lloyd was part of Homestead Technologies which was acquired by Intuit for $170M. Lloyd is an active member of IAB and was one of the contributing authors of VAST 4.1 Spec and IAB GDPR Mobile In-App Spec. He holds two patents in mobile video advertising and also holds MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Shivam brings 14-years of media experience to Chocolate, He leads the supply partnerships for Chocolate key global markets (US, ASIA & AU) & creates programmatic ecosystem for Chocolate. His prior experience of media buying with Zenith Optimedia & Selling for publishers like Times Of India helps him create a balanced marketplace.

Jishnu brings to Nexus several years of operating and investing expertise in high tech start-ups. He has invested in technology, internet and technology enabled services companies and is interested in a wide range of start-ups. Jishnu is currently on the boards of Chocolate, Druva, GenWi, Helpshift and Unmetric and observes the boards of Kaltura and Salorix. His investments also include Cloud.com (acquired by Citrix) and Gluster (acquired by Red Hat). Jishnu has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he ran the Venture Capital Club and co-led GSB Principal Investing Conference. Jishnu also holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BTech from IIT Kharagpur, and is an inventor of more than a dozen US patents.

Naren Gupta co-founded Integrated Systems Inc (ISI),a leading embedded software company, where he served as the President/CEO for fifteen years. He took ISI public and subsequently merged it with Wind River Systems. Naren continued to serve on the board of Wind River till its recent acquisition by Intel. He also serves on the boards of Red Hat (RHT) and Tibco (TIBX), as well several privately held companies and non-profit organizations. Naren has over 15 years of early and early-growth stage investment experience in US and India. Several of his earlier investments have had successful public exits, including Digital Link (IPO), E-Tek Dynamics (IPO), RightNow (IPO), Numerical Technologies (IPO, acquired by Synopsis) and Speedera Networks (acquired by Akamai). He is a co-founder of Nexus Venture Partners. Naren holds a B. Tech. degree and is a recipient of President's Gold Medal from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi; an MS from the California Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Stanford University. Naren has received distinguished alumni awards from Caltech and IIT and was elected a Fellow of the IEEE. He is an active advisor to entrepreneurs worldwide.
